I’m flo, a Bronx-bred afro-indigenous creative with an energy that seeks to fill every medium it can.

My journey began in 2012 when I decided to use poetry and photography as a force of flight via the Expanding the Walls program @ the Studio Museum in Harlem. It caught gust when I decided to nurture my neurodivergence by utilizing crystals to connect to Spirit, rather than reject the flood of information that made me feel “crazy.”

11 years (and counting) of meditation, cleansing, shadow work and Spiritwork led to me flourishing with anxiety and OCD.

I’m a two-time Tin House selectee, Roots. Wounds. Words. alum, LGBT Novel Immersive alum, and part of various communities where I am trusted to help people heal through poetry, divination, journeys, and herbal medicine.

I am a strategist, writer, earthworker, espiritista, and facilitator whose FREQUENCI combines many worlds.

I work with those who contain multitudes. Those birthing new worlds.

Those with visions in their hearts and truth on their tongues.
