Yerrr, I'm Flo!

I am a she/them afro-indigenous femme with a creative energy that seeks to fill every medium it can. I'm a Bronx-based creator, writer, herbalist, healer, facilitator, photographer and medium, born and bred with the mission to see humanity bloom. My journey began in 2012 when I decided to use poetry and photography as a force of flight via the Expanding the Walls program @ the Studio Museum in Harlem. It caught gust when I decided to nurture + transform my neurodivergence by utilizing crystals to connect to Spirit, rather than reject the flood of information that made me feel “crazy.” Seven continuous years (and counting) of meditation, cleansing, shadow work and brutal honesty led to me flourishing with anxiety and OCD.

Fast forward to now: two healing collectives, thousands of photos, many medicines and 400+ readings later, I'm here to help you get out of your own way.
