This session can take place no matter where or when you are. It can be sent to heal a situation, your body, emotional burdens, or as a helpful tool to place you in a meditative state: it can also activate all three! You'll leave the session feeling light and refreshed. I will let you know what comes up after our session, and offer tools for keeping your spirit/mind/body in good alignment.
