This virtual workshop is based on making a safe space for your prayers to land, learning what makes fertile space for them to grow, and how to move to keep them safe. This is a space to move out of religious trauma and separate religion from how you pray, believe, and connect to yourself.
We’ll do exercises on believing your prayers, crafting them powerfully, and much more.
